If you don't already meal plan, I need to tell you - meal planning can change your life! And if you do meal plan, you already know this! :) This little notepad can simplify (and prettify) the meal-planning process.
Simply write in your menu for the week on the left-hand side, and the grocery list on the right side. Then rip off the grocery list and take it to the store with you, and stick the meal plan on the fridge so everyone can see it. You can also save the menus and use them as a "cheat sheet" in the future when you need to meal plan but need some inspiration.
